Patti Marsillo

President and Founder

A native of Arizona since 1975, Patti has more than 30 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship and education. After coaching and guiding her own two children through their transition to college, Patti realized there was a glaring gap in the process with respect to college and career guidance at the high school level. It was this hands-on, "trial by fire" experience that inspired her to begin laying the foundation for Future Finders.

When Patti is serious about something, she goes all in. She attended The University of California Irvine to gain further knowledge of the college admissions process and successfully completed all courses and earned her certificate as an Independent Educational Consultant.

Patti is a graduate of Excelsior College and holds a Bachelor of Science - Business Degree, is a ScholarMatch Volunteer, a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC).

Patti resides in Scottsdale with her husband and enjoys traveling, cooking, working out and spending time with her husband and children Michael (Rochester Institute of Technology ‘12) and Samantha (Northern Arizona University ‘15). She is an advocate of ongoing education, attending annual industry events and visiting colleges and admissions staff each year to keep abreast of the changes in college admissions.
